Program Description

By providing your mobile phone number to One Love Agency and checking the consent box on one of our web forms (or otherwise agreeing in writing), you consent to receive text (SMS) messages from One Love Agency. These messages relate to appointment reminders and confirmations, scheduling, intake follow-up, and care-coordination notifications. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Care

Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of receiving any treatment, service, or purchase from One Love Agency. If you prefer not to receive texts, we will reach you by phone, email, or mail instead.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us — for example, appointment reminders, confirmations, and replies to messages you send us.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. One Love Agency does not charge for the text messages it sends, but your carrier's standard messaging and data rates may apply.

How to Opt Out

You can cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you reply STOP, we will send a single confirmation message and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To resume messages, reply START.

Carrier Liability

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is not guaranteed.

We respect your privacy. One Love Agency will not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or your text-messaging opt-in information with any third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes.
