Case Manager/CBRS Worker

We are a healthcare facility that focuses on helping people manage mental, emotional and physical stress through counseling, case management and CBRS serivces. We are in search of a Case Manager/CBRS Worker who is multi-talented and able to handle a wide array of case management and CBRS tasks willingly and easily. Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Capable of handling a diverse load of clients ranging from adolescents to adults

  • Familiarity with available community resources within the Boise area for Case Management purposes.

  • Knowledge of the role of CBRS and how to properly implement teaching skills to clients with mental health problems

  • Ability to coordinate with multiple team member's schedules

  • Experience with customer service related phone calls

  • Time management skills

  • Confidence when on the phone handling calls with clients, business partners, and government officials

  • Organization for record keeping and filing systems

  • Computer literate

Job Requirements:

  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree

  • Must be able to pass an Enhanced State Background Check

  • Valid driver's license and insurance coverage

  • 1-3 years working as a Case Manager/CBRS worker (preferred)
