INTENSIVE OUTPATIENT PROGRAM (IOP)

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) services provide structured and comprehensive treatment for individuals struggling with mental health or substance use disorders while allowing them to maintain their daily responsibilities. Typically, IOP involves several hours of therapy and support sessions multiple times a week, including individual counseling, group therapy, educational workshops, and skill-building activities. This level of care is designed to offer intensive support and resources to help clients stabilize their condition, develop coping strategies, and work towards recovery goals. IOP serves as an intermediate step between inpatient treatment and traditional outpatient services, offering a high level of care without requiring 24-hour supervision.
